In the construction industry, we manufacture insulated sandwich panels for use in curtain walling, spandrel and infill areas, including Styroglaze and Aluglaze panels. We also offer a range of insulated panels for walls, floors soffits and lofts - Styroliner, Styrofloor, Styroclad and Styroloft.

We are one of the largest fabricators of hot-wire cut Styrofoam in Europe. Our extensive facilities include two large CNCs, which provide a comprehensive service for many industries, including Caravans, PVC doors and Truck panels.
Panel Systems is the exclusive UK Distributor of Thermhex polypropylene honeycomb cores and manufacturer of Thermhex composite panels. This sophisticated material is used for the production of lightweight components in a variety of applications and industries, ranging from car parts to furniture and the marine industry
For the education and leisure market, we manufacture the innovative Revostage portable staging system and work closely with other suppliers in the manufacture of dry-wipe panels.
In markets that require decorative finishes, such as leisure, furniture and children’s play equipment, we are a leading fabricator of materials such as Compact grade laminate and Colorplas, a co-extruded polyethylene sheet.
In OEM markets, we work with customers to design and manufacture Sandwich panels to meet a wide range of performance criteria not available in a single material.
This extensive range of services is supported by excellent IT resources. On-line ordering facilities are available to customers to improve service levels.
Our CAD design service means we can accept customers’ own drawings in a range of file formats and produce a workable panel, product or component to meet bespoke requirements. In-house CAD/CAM facilities ensure we can provide rapid prototyping to suit customer needs, as well as undertaking both large and small production runs.
